WSCC Performance Titles 2016

WSCC New Performance Program

The

WSCC

will

be

offering

performance

titles.

This

will

be

offered

to

all

breeds.

As

stated

before

some

dogs

will

be

grandfathered

into

those

titles.

The

following

Rally

and

Obedience

titles

will

also

be

available

–

Rally

Level

1

(on

leash),

Rally

Level

2

(off

leash),

Pre-Novice

Obedience

(on

leash),

Novice

Obedience

(both

on

and

off

leash).

Only

2

qualifying

scores

will

be

needed

to

attain

a

title

with

WSCC;

this

was

decided

upon

due

to only 1 show now held by the club. Puppy Rally and Obedience will still be offered at the show, but are not eligible for a title.

To make getting a title a bit easier for all, I will now be holding trials on the Friday before the National Show Weekend, as well as on the normal Saturday and Sunday morning before the conformation shows. This makes it possible for you to title your dog at the National show in one weekend, rather than waiting over a year to finish your title. Rally and Obedience will be offered on Friday, Saturday will be Obedience and Sunday will be Rally. We have plans for a new performance ring to be set up to make it safer and more comfortable for owners to work their dogs off leash. The new temperament test will also be given throughout the 3 day weekend.
